Johnson (Photo) John G. Johnson, born Oct. 27, 1921 at Carter, Oklahoma entered into rest on May 23, 2002 at Woodland, Texas. Funeral Services were held Sat., June 1, 2002 at 2 p.m. at the Griffin Leggett-Forest Hills Chapel. Rev. Mark Ray officiated the services. Interment was at the Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, Arkansas. John was married to Hellen Ann (Gerber) Johnson. Survivors include their children: Zana Faletto of Houston, Texas, John Jr. of Alaska and James Gerber of Little Rock, Arkansas; grandchildren Kara, Jennifer and John; a sister Jo Ellen Jordan of Mexico; a brother Foster F. Johnson of Hominy and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother James Johnson. John got his degree from OSU and was a lead salesman for Minnesota Mining for over 40 years. He and Foster were on the college track team together and were roommates in college.
