He was a resident of Mannford. Jimmie, a 1973 graduate of Hominy High School, was born Aug. 23, 1955 at Pawnee to Charlie and Mary F. James. Jimmie was an organ donor and had recently received his Red Cross donor pin for donating 40 gallons total of blood. Jimmie is survived by his wife Sunnie; three daughters, Aleta, Mary Ann, and Heather; two grandchildren; siblings, Chuck, Bob, Virgil, and Sandy; assorted Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and friends. Jimmie was employed with Borg Compressed Steel at the time of his death. Funeral services were held Tues. July 23, 2002 at the Mannford Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Henry Reed officiating. Interment was at Oak Hill Cemetery in Mannford. Arrangements were handled by Reynolds Funeral Service in Tulsa. Pallbearers for the services were Erik Cross, Chris Ellis, Glenn Edwards, Roy Edwards, Charlie Miller and George Mahony.
