He entered into rest July 5, 2001 at Hillcrest Regional Center in Tulsa, OK. He was 60 years old. Jesus worked as an independent roofer and in his spare time he enjoyed fishing and camping. Jesus is survived by his beloved friend Rose Leger of the home; five brothers Pasqual Edmonson of Osage; George Edmonson of Junction City, KS; Garland William Edmonson, Jr. of Naples, FL; Filomeno C. Edmonson of Austin, TX; Matthew L. Edmonson of Birmingham, AL; Tim Hammond of Junction City, OK; two sisters Linda Edmonson of Oxford, AL; Tonette Hammond of Junction City, KS; four children Michael Edward Edmonson of Sedalia, MO; Heather Hoe Edmonson of Sedalia, MO; Nathan Lee Edmonson of Hominy; Nicole Mare Edmonson of Houston, TX; three grandchildren Amber Joe Edmonson, Colton Wade Edmonson; Malachi Edmonson; a niece Angela Kay Parks of Houston, TX; other nieces and nephews, friends, and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Luisa C. Edmonson. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Powell Funeral Home of Hominy. Memorial services were at 2 p.m. Wed., July 11, 2001, at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel.
