OCNS-November 6, 2001 - Lucille Randle, age 91, formerly of Detroit, Michigan, died at 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 31, 2001, at the Hominy (Oklahoma) Nursing Home. Lucille was born June 10, 1910 in Oktaha, Oklahoma to Tobe and Mattie (Ireland) Lewis, and grew up and received her education in the Oktaha school system. She married King Randle and lived in Detroit, Michigan until last year, when she moved to Hominy. Mr. Randle preceded her in death in 1988. Mrs. Randle was a homemaker. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Randle was preceded in death by her mother and father, two sisters and two brothers. Survivors include nieces and nephews: Levi and Wilma Smith of Hominy; Frank White Jr., of Cincinnati, Ohio, Joe D. White of New Mexico and a host of other relatives and friends. Cremation and private family interment in the A.J. Powell Cemetery, Hominy, were under the direction of the Osage County Cremation Service of Skiatook, Oklahoma.
