Mr. Hambright was born December 10, 1947 in Fairfax, Oklahoma, the son of Melvin Lee and Mary Levonia (Baugh) Hambright. He was a retired independent oil producer whose favorite pastimes were hunting and fishing. Survivors include: His daughter, Renae Smith and husband, Merrill, of Tulsa; two sons, Jimmy Hambright and wife, Cheri', of Webb City, Missouri and Mark Hambright and wife, Krista, of Bowring, Oklahoma; two sisters, Cody McNair and husband, David, of Bartlesville and Dodie Noland of Chanute, Kansas; seven grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Mr. Hambright was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Joe Hambright. Visitation for Mr. Hambright will be Friday, August 2, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel, 223 East Sixth Street, Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 3, in the Pawhuska City Cemetery with Reverend Dwane Gilliland officiating. Johnson funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
