All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== The Hominy News - Progress Vol. 38, No. 49 Wednesday December 4, 2002 Samuel Ned Mills, Sr. Samuel Ned Mills, Sr., 59, of Sand Springs, passed away Nov. 25 at a Tulsa Hospital. he was born Nov. 26, 1942 at Prague to David and Ophelia Reed Mills. He worked many years as a concrete finisher. He served in the U. S. Army from 1959 to 1963. He is survived by one son: Samuel Ned Mills, Jr., of Sand Springs, three sisters: Mary Bears, of Hominy, Jackie Broam of Hominy, and Ruby Elkins, of Drumright, 13 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren, two brothers: Lawrence Mills of Neosho, MO, and Gene Mills of Cleveland. A Private Family Memorial service was held Sat.
