TAYRIEN OCNS - April 5, 2002 - Former resident of Pawhuska, Oklahoma, Marcialyn V. Tayrien, 75, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2002, in the Siloam Springs (Arkansas) Memorial Hospital. Marcialyn V. Siddons was born February 27, 1927, the daughter of George and Anne (Hardin) Siddons and on March 30, 1948, in Pawhuska, she married Andrew R. Tayrien. She was a registered nurse, receiving her education at Memphis State University and the Methodist hospital of Memphis, Tennessee. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Survivors include: Her husband, Andrew, of the home; her son and daughter-in-law, Andrew "Drew" Tayrien and Elaine Willard-Tayrien of Siloam Springs; two sisters, Georgia Saylor of Benbrook, Texas, and Shirley Younce of Valparaiso, Indiana; a brother, George Siddons of Weiner, Arkansas; her granddaughter, Tiffany Tayrien of Siloam Springs; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends. Rosary will be recited Sunday, April 7, at 7:30 p.m., in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel, Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 8, in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Pawhuska with Father Leonard Higgins officiating. Interment will be in the Pawhuska City Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
