Mrs. Long was born November 3, 1905 in Sacred Heart, Oklahoma the daughter of Joel and Mary Ann (Shopwatuck) DeLonais and on October 7, 1921 in Pawhuska, married Harry Morris Long who preceded her in death December 15, 1964. Mrs. Long was a member of the Pottawatomie Indian Tribe and The Calvary Baptist Church and was a former member of The Lynn Home Demonstration Club. Surviving are: two daughters, Lois Caldwell and Louise Snider both of Pearland, Texas; a son, Franklin Long of Winfield, Kansas; twelve grandchildren, thirty-three great grandchildren, twenty-two great great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be Friday, April 21, 2000 at 11:00 a.m. in the Johnson Funeral Chapel in Pawhuska with burial in the Pawhuska Cemetery. Reverend Scott Hill will officiate under the direction of Johnson Funeral Directors.
