Ms Roberts was born September 8, 1933, in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, the daughter of Fred and Emma Lou (Wasson) Newberry. A medical librarian, she was a member of the Arrow Heights Baptist Church in Broken Arrow. Surviving are: Two daughters, Susan McComas and husband, Charles of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Laurel Sherwin and husband, Craig, of Broken Arrow; two sons, Andy Roberts and wife, Cindy and Stephen Roberts, all of Tulsa; her cousin, Marjorie Greene of Houston, Texas; nine grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 6, at 2:00 p.m., in the Pawhuska City Cemetery, Pawhuska, Oklahoma, with Murray McComas officiating. Johnson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
