John T Robinson

Services: Wed., June 5, 10 a.m. at Taft Cemetery

John was born in Fairfax, Oklahoma on May 12, 1922. He came to 
California in 1947. He lived in Buttonwillow for over 20 years and 
worked on a ranch for Allen Bottorff. He then went to work for Excel 
Mineral for more than 20 years before retiring. John served in WWII 
as a nurse.

He is preceded in death by his wife Virginia, daughter Marilyn and 
son Larry. He is survived by his children, Steven and wife Jill, 
Cathy and husband Paul Beyo, Sue and husband Eddie Copeland of Taft, 
Sandy Robinson of Taft, Tim Robinson of Taft; 14 grandchildren and 21 
great-grandchildren.

John now has gone home to be with his wife of 49 years.

We want to thank all of the doctors, nurses and aides at Emmanuel 
Convalescent for all the wonderful care he was given during the time 
of his illness.

Visitation is Tuesday, June 4, 2002 from 4-8 p.m. at Mish Funeral 
Home.
