All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::?--Casper WY Ventura County Star 12-30-04 Elizabeth Rosenbaum Elizabeth Rosenbaum went home to be with her savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, Dec.14, 2004. Elizabeth was born in Burbank, Okla., on July 31, 1913. She was married to George Rosenbaum and prior to his death in 1970, they lived in most of the states west of Missouri and north to Wyoming. As they moved she made many lifelong friends. Elizabeth was a loving mother and grandmother whose concern was, 'Are all my chicks in and safe?' She is survived by her daughters, Nancy Stanley (husband Jake) of Victorville, Calif., Mary Gazaway (husband Howard) of Basin, Wyo., and Delores Cornet of Oak View; and sons Kenneth Rosenbaum of Prospect, Ore., David Rosenbaum (wife Wanda) of Gillette, Wyo., and Lloyd Rosenbaum of Merlin, Ore. She was loved by 21 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters Edith Holmes of Torrance, Calif., Katie Gant of Ponca City, Okla., and Darlene Puckett of Huntsville, Texas; and brother Bob Brown of Rogers, Ark. She was preceded in death by her husband, George; son George Robert Rosenbaum; grandson Lloyd Rosenbaum Jr.; great-granddaughter, Corrie McDermott; two sisters; and two brothers. She loved to make trips to see her family and friends and was usually planning her next trip before she got home. Her last trip was when she was 90 to California to a great-granddaughter's wedding. Her love and great spirit will be missed by us all. Burial will be in Casper, Wyo., next to her husband, George. A big thank you to Assisted Home Hospice, 2110 Eastman Ave., Suite 203, Ventura, CA 93003; and to all of the family and friends who were her caregivers. Her final words to us would probably go something like this, 'I love you all dearly. Now don't shed a tear, I'm spending Christmas with Jesus this year.' --------------------------------------------------------------------- Return to Osage County Archives: http://www.usgwarchives.net/ok/osage/osage.htm
