Arrangements and interment will be under the direction of Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home. Mr. Jacobs, 88, of Pawhuska, Oklahoma died April 26, 2000 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He was born August 21, 1911 in Henryetta. Oklahoma to Walter and Margaret (Horn) Jacobs. For a while, in his youth, he lived in California before returning to Oklahoma. He was a bricklayer and enjoyed woodcarving and liked to fish and hunt. He is survived by his wife: Norma Lee (Vore) of the home; one son, Robert and wife Donna Jacobs of Dewey, Oklahoma; three daughters: Patricia Lee Jacobs of Bartlesville; Peggy Joyce and husband Bob Lea of Bartlesville; Melissa and husband Mark Jordan of Dewey; one brother, Herbert and wife Margaret Jacobs of Tulsa; one sister, Martha Belle Edwards of Tulsa; twelve grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
