Roy was born May 24, 1943 in Harlingen, Texas, the son of Hugh Cletis and Denzil Edith (Ramay) Miller. June 24, 1993, he married Wilma (Infield) Raper in Pawhuska, where Roy worked as a heavy equipment operator for Bellco Industries. Survivors include: his wife, Wilma of the home; his mother, Denzil Edith Miller of Pawhuska; four brothers, Cecil Miller and wife, Louise of Sunray, Texas; Loyal Miller and wife, Estelle of Fritch, Texas; Russell Miller and wife, Elaine, of Noble, Oklahoma and Cletus Miller and wife, Shirley of Pawhuska; five step-children, Steve Raper and John Raper, both of Pawhuska; Larry Raper, Richard Raper and Regina Hardt, all of Victoria, Texas; and a host of other family and friends. Roy was preceded in death by his father, Hugh Cletis Miller in 1985. Services will be held Thursday, January 11, at 10:00 a.m. in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel in Pawhuska with Reverend Scott Hill of the Calvary Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in the Pawhuska City Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Directors.
