The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. http://www.usgwarchives.net/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SHELBY MILTON McGRAW, Jr. OCNS - Archives - Graveside services for Shelby Milton McGraw, 57, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, were held January 3, 1987, in the White Rose Cemetery, Bartlesville with Father William Skeehan of St. James Catholic Church officiating under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home. Mr. McGraw was born October 14, 1929 in Oklahoma to Shelby James and Leona Bonnie (Couch) McGraw. He was reared and received his education in the Bartlesville area. He served with the U.S. Army/Air Corp during World War II and, after his honorable discharge, returned to Bartlesville to make his home. For a number of years he was an independent truck driver, a member of the James H. Teel American Legion Post #105 and the National Rifle Association. Mr. McGraw was survived by two sons, Johnny McGraw and Steve McGraw and two daughters, Janie Pitre and Michelle McGraw all of Louisiana; one sister, Mrs. Leroy (Dinah) Widowski of Jenks, Oklahoma; one brother, Don McGraw of Bartlesville; several grandchildren, a number of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
