Powell Memorial Cemetery--Hominy OK The Hominy News - Progress Vol. 30, No. 1 Wednesday, January 3, 2001 Page 5 Harriette H. Shadlow Harriette H. Shadlow of Hominy passed away Saturday December 23, 2000 at the age of 91. She was born May 9, 1909 to Amos and Marie Etiva Lowden Hamilton in Hominy, Oklahoma. Mrs. Shadlow liked to sew and quilt. She also attended her grandsons sporting events and enjoyed watching the Hominy Bucks. She is survived by one son, Amos Shadlow, Sr. and wife Carol of Hominy; two daughters, Lois Shadlow and Barbara Shadlow of Hominy; two grandsons, William Shadlow and wife LaDonna of Hominy, and Timothy Shadlow, of Hominy; two great-grandchildren, Megan Shadlow and Noah Shadlow, both of Hominy; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceeded in death by her husband, William T. Shadlow; one son, Alvin L. Shadlow; grandson Amos F. Shadlow, Jr.; great-grandson William M. Shadlow, Jr. and her parents, Amos and Marie Hamilton Funeral services were held Wednesday, December 27, 2000 at 9:00 am at the family residence with Harry Red Eagle, Jr. officiating. Interment was at A. J. Powell Cemetery.
