She was born to Thomas & Evelyn Pearsall 5/14/19 at Shidler, OK. Her parents, one brother Earl, one sister Virginia Booker and her beloved husband Walter C. Shultz, predeceased her. Together Walt & Hazel owned and operated Walt Shultz Laundry and Dry Cleaning Equip Mfg. 37 years. Seven nieces and many great nieces and nephews survive her. Services are Thursday, 8/29 at 10:30 AM at Capitol Hill Funeral Home Chapel. Burial at Resthaven.
