Born March 2, 1921 in Mansura, Louisiana, the daughter of Pierre Leonard and Marie Hermina (Armand) Gaspard, in her early years she served as a secretary to various doctors and attorneys. Ms Parker spent the last forty years helping her daughter raise the grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and never hesitated to offer a prayer for those in need or by request. Surviving family include: Her daughter, Joan Campbell of Wynona; her grandchildren, Cindy Bonnet and Sam Campbell and wife, Mary of Wynona and J.G. Kepler and wife, Crystal of Bartlesville; her great grandchildren, Joseph and Sarah Campbell of Wynona and Brandon Kepler of Bartlesville; a niece, Barbara Blaine Smith and son, Jamie smith of New Orleans, Louisiana, and a host of other family and friends. Rosary for Ms Parker will be said at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 18, in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel, Pawhuska, Oklahoma with Father Leonard Higgins officiating. Mass will be at 10:00 a.m., in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Pawhuska with Father Bruce Brosnahan officiating. Interment will be in the Pawhuska City Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
