VICKI LOTUS SMITH 

OCNS-March 3, 2000 - Vicki Lotus Smith, 38, passed away unexpectedly 
February 28, in St. John's Medical Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma.

She was born September 4, 1961 in Tulsa teh daughter of David Henry and 
Phyllis Victoria (Fair) Smith.

Vicki was a 1979 graduate of Collinsville High School and graduated from 
Roger's State College where she studied drama.

She was an active member of The New Hope Indian United Methodist Church of 
Dewey, Oklahoma, a former chef at the Sheridan Hotel, former employee of 
American Airlines and the Whirlpool Corporation.

Survivors are a son, Jesse Lynn Smith and her parents, David and Victoria 
Smith of the home in Skiatook and a brother, David Jesse Smith of Tulsa.

Services were held Friday, March 3, in The New Hope Indian United 
Methodist Church in Dewey, Oklahoma with entombment in the Pawhuska 
Mausoleum.

Reverend Timothy Byington officiated under the direction of Johnson Funeral 
Directors.
