WILLIAM OGAN DIES IN PAWHUSKA-1968 William Harrison Ogan, 79,a resident of Pawhuska, Ok. for 50 years died at Pawhuska General Hospital following a brief illness. Born October 29,1888 in Missouri, Mr. Ogan married NELLIE MAY BRADLEY in Independence, Kan. on October5,1914. He was a member of the Calvery Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Nellie May of the home: five children, Theodore (Ted)Harrison Ogan of Sardis, Miss.,William Taylor Ogan of Ponca City, Okla.,Mrs. Ralph (Irene Ogan) SWAN , Greensburg, Kansas, Gladys OGAN CHASTAIN of Tulsa, Okla. One brother: L.G. Ogan, Azuza, CA, ten grandchildren and 11 great grands. Burial in Pawhuska City Cemetery, Pawhuska, Okla. Osage Co. Note: the son, Theodore Ogan is married to the former Delva (GULLETT) OGAN and they have three children, Jim Ogan, Corkey Ogan and Delva Mae Ogan Barney.
