Thomas when the 12-man group failed to reach a decision in the Albert Wosson murder trial. Wosson, 68-year-old farmer, is at liberty on $10,000 bond. He is charged with firing a blast from a shotgun which killed Bill Martin, 45-year-old Fairland man. The jury had been called in several times, but each time announced that a verdict was not likely.
