Friday, Nov. 24, 1911 MORE OF CUPID’S CAPERS Two more of Fairland’s prominent young people have taken voyage on the sea of matrimony. On last Wednesday morning, Mr. Homer PADDEN and Miss Josie ROUTON, drove to Vinita, where in the presence of Miss Toncie FINDLEY, a particular friend of the bride, as a witness, they were married by Judge PARKS of that place. After the wedding the happy couple took the train for Kansas City, for a wedding tour where they will visit friend’s for a week or ten days, when they will return to Fairland and settle down to housekeeping and will be "at home" to their many friends. Both are well known young people of the town and community, the groom being a well-to-do farmer near town, and the bride has held the position of book-keeper in Campbell Bros. store for the past two years. The News joins with a host of friends in wishing the young pair unlimited success, and happiness on their life’s voyage. OLD CITIZEN PASSES AWAY N.B. BREEDLOVE, aged 85 years and father of W.W.
