KELLEY Arthur A. Kelley The memorial service for Arthur A. Kelley will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Eagle Point National Cemetery. Mr. Kelley, 79, of Amarillo, Texas, formerly of Central Point, died Monday (Jan. 21, 2002) at his home. He was born Aug. 24, 1922, in Picher, Okla., a son of Robert and Alice Kelley. On Jan. 2, 1946, in Yakima, Wash., he married Edith E. Dilley, who died in 1981. Mr. Kelley was a millworker in Central Point, retiring in 1985. He lived in Central Point from 1965 to 1984. He served in the Army Corps of Engineers. Survivors include four sons, Aaron and Keith, both Central Point, Darrell, Rogue River, and Robert, Amarillo, Texas; a brother, Leo, Yakima, Wash.; 15 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, G. Michael. Arrangements: Rector Funeral Home, Amarillo, Texas.
