Coble, General Harvey    

General Coble was born on December 8, 1925 in Miami, Oklahoma and 
passed away July 29, 2007 in Bakersfield, California. He served in 
the U.S. Navy in WWII in the Pacific. He was employed as a heavy 
equipment mechanic for 65 years. General was also a member of the 
Operating Engineers Local #12, and a member of the Maverick's Singles 
Organization. He also had a great passion for his horses. General is 
survived by his son, Bobby Coble and wife, Diane; son, Michael Coble 
and wife, Vicki; granddaughter, Christy Welet and husband, Judd; and 
grandson, Wesley Allan Coble. Chapel services are scheduled for 
Monday, August 6th, at 10:00 a.m., at Greenlawn Southwest Memorial 
Chapel, 2739 Panama Lane. No visitation is scheduled. General was a 
great Dad and Grandfather who will be greatly missed. General Harvey
