Joseph DeMeir of Picher Dies at 71

Picher, Oct 17--Joseph DEMEIR, 71 years old died at 1 o'clock 
yesterday morning at the home of his son John DEMEIR, 116 South 
Frisco Street. Death was due to infirmities of advanced years. 
Mr DEMEIR had lived in Picher many years. He came here from 
southeast Missouri.

He is survived by three sons, John DEMEIR of Picher, Fred DEMIER 
of Miami, and Joe DEMEIR of Bonne Terre, MO. 

The body was sent to Bonne Terre last night by the Todd Undertaking
company for burial.
