J.W. POWELL, 80 years old, died at 5 a.m. today at his farm home, 
four miles south of Wyandotte. He was found dead in his bed.
Survivors include his wife, four daughters, Mrs. Gladys POWELL of 
Wyandotte, Mrs Maude BLATCHFORD of Tulsa, Mrs. Effie McCULLUM of 
Nowata, and Mrs. Ivy BOWDEN of Bartlesville; two sons, Clarence 
POWELL of Albuquerque, N.M. and Carl POWELL of Wyandotte; a brother, 
Del POWELL of Washington state, and a sister, Mrs. Lillia WEEKS of 
Kansas City.

Funeral arrangements will be completed by the Lane Funeral Home.

J.W. POWELL 

Funeral services for J.W. POWELL, 80 years old, who died yesterday 
at his farm home near Wyandotte, will be held at 2:30 o'clock 
Friday afternoon at the Sycamore chapel. The Rev. CRAWFORD will 
officiate. Burial will be under direction of the Lane Funeral Home.
