Dysert of Sublimity, formerly of Eugene, died Nov. 9 of age-related causes. She was 100. Dysert was born April 28, 1904, in Pawnee, Okla., to Arthur and Blanche Shupe Hosler. She married Allen Lewis in 1921. They later divorced. She married Irah Dysert on June 16, 1951, in Reno, Nev. He died in 1986. A high school graduate, she worked as a bookkeeper for a door moulding manufacturer. She enjoyed spending time with family, knitting, hunting, watching sports, fishing, camping and the outdoors. She lived in Eugene from 1948 to 1999. Survivors include a son, Don Lewis of Eugene; a daughter, Joy Klinefelter of Salem; 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Three sons, Arthur Lewis in 1965, Clair Lewis in 2004 and Gerald Lewis in 2002, died previously. No service is planned. Private inurnment will be in Springfield Memorial Gardens.
