(Tulsa, Indian Terr.), Vol. 1, No. 217, Ed. 1 Friday, June 8, 1906 An Evening Wedding A pretty wedding was consummated Wednesday evening in Pawnee, the contracting parties being Miss Adelaide Short and Mr. Charles A. Kegeries, both of Oklahoma City. The marriage was solemnized at the home of Mr. and Mrs. B.F. Means, the latter being a sister of the bride, at 1 o'clock. The pair was escorted to the train for Tulsa by a jolly crowd in the true style of a good bye wedding party. They spent Thursday in this city, going from here to Oklahoma City, where they will reside. Both are well known in their home city and many other cities of the Territories, giving them congratulations and good wishes, from a host of friends. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Return to Pawnee County Archives: http://www.usgwarchives.net/ok/pawnee/pawnee.html
