Leah Alsip 

Leah Alsip of Tryon, died Tuesday, May 6, 2003, in her home at 116 E. Elm. 

Strode Funeral Home handled the arrangements. A memorial, in her honor, 
will be held in the middle of June. 

She was born in Florida and spent most of her childhood there and in Indiana. 
She first moved to Oklahoma in 1975 and fell deeply in love with Green 
Country, living the rest of her life in Oklahoma. 

She enjoyed taking care of her family and friends and spent most of her 
life as a housewife. 

She is preceded in death by her mother. 

Survivors include her husband, Max Alsip; and two children, Quentin Alsip 
and Heather Williams, both of Stillwater; and one brother from North 
Carolina.
