VICTOR MATTHEW BILLY

Victor Matthew Billy, 27, passed away Friday, August 27, 1999 at St. Francis
Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He was born in Huntington, California on July 30, 1972.  Victor had resided
in Stillwater, Oklahoma but was a former resident of Red Oak, where he
graduated high school in 1990.  He was a member of the Southside Baptist
Church in Stillwater.

Victor married Stacy Coffman in 1994 and is survived by her; son, Blaise
Billy, of the home, and his father, Joseph Billy, of McAlester, Oklahoma.
