::Darrouzett Cemetery--Darrouzett TX

Emma Daily

DARROUZETT - Emma Daily, 99, died Sunday, Oct. 17, 1999.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Darrouzett School Auditorium with
the Rev. Ray Hennigh and the Rev. Scott Richards officiating. Burial will
be in Darrouzett Cemetery by Good Samaritan Funeral Service of Booker.

Mrs. Daily was born in Yale, Okla., and was raised in Oklahoma and
Nebraska. In 1915, she moved to Logan and graduated from high school in
Beaver in 1921. She attended college at Goodwell, Okla., and taught
school. She lived near Booker until establishing a home in Darrouzett in
1945.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday
school classes. She was a charter member of her neighborhood HEO Club.

She married Albert M. Daily in 1924 at Arnett, Okla. He preceded her in
death.

Survivors include a daughter, Zoa Faye Berge of Darrouzett; a grandson;
and three great-grandsons.

The family suggest memorials be to Darrouzett United Methodist Church,
Twin Oaks Manor or a favorite charity.
