Terry Wayne Demastus

Terry Wayne Demastus, 55, died Saturday, July 12, in Oklahoma City. 
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Sunray Baptist Church in Purcell 
with pastor Dennis Clark officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial 
Park. Primrose Funeral Service in Norman is handling arrangements.

Mr. Demastus was born Aug. 7, 1947, in Yale, to Milton Wayne and Sara 
Esther (Cornett) Demastus. He was a member of Sunray Baptist Church in 
Purcell. He enjoyed playing pool and was ranked in the top five in the 
metro area. He was a handyman around the house and was a "jack of all 
trades." He was warehouse manager for Steves Wholesale Tools.

Mr. Demastus was preceded in death by his father.

Mr. Demastus is survived by his wife, Bonita of the home; mother, Sara 
Demastus of Norman; son, Ryan Wayne Demastus and wife, Lesley, of Lawton; 
daughters, Amber Demastus of Norman, Regina Turner of Noble and Kelli 
Demastus of Oklahoma City; brothers, William Demastus and wife, Cathy, of 
Lake of the Ozarks, Mo., and Nick Demastus and wife, Sharon, of Oklahoma 
City; sister, Angel Black and husband, Todd, of Norman; grandchildren, 
Austin Strain, James, Jason and Jordyn Turner and Colin Wayne Demastus; 
and many family members and friends.
