All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Penley, Marguerite DuPree Miller Marguerite DuPree Miller Penley, 85, joined her heavenly family on August 14, 2005. Born in Stillwater Okla 9-22-19 to Richard and Jennie Sue Dupree, Margee married her high school sweetheart Clinton 'Windy" Miller in 1936. After WW II they moved to OKC and in 1961 established Miller's Sporting Goods where Margee served as Sec'y/ Treas for over 20 yrs. Margee was always involved in sports, especially in supporting her children; she was pres of the OKC Figure Skating Club and her golf club in Stillwater. Upon retirement, Margee enjoyed her work at Hummel Eye Institute. After 52 yrs of wedded bliss, Clint passed away in 1988. Four years later, Margee met and married Neil K. Penley at May Ave Methodist Church where they were active members for many yrs. 'Mimi" is survived by husband Neil; son Mike G. Miller & wife Susie, Sun Lakes AZ; daughter Margo Miller Brown & husband Mark, OKC; and grandchildren Lexi Miller Liebig & husband Matt of Phoenix, Windy Brown Muehleisen & husband Matt of Dallas, Bonnie Brown of OKC, Betsy Brown of OKC, Lisa Parker Miller of Phoenix, and Richard Parker & his wife Linnea of Phoenix. Margee is also survived by step- grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, and numerous other relations, loved ones, and friends. She leaves behind a lifetime of wonderful memories and her creative uplifting spirit which remains a blessing to all.
