Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Central Baptist Church at Pampa with Dr. Derrell Monday, pastor and the Rev. Rick Parnell, associated pastor, officiating. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. Monday at Riverside Cemetery in Mangum. Services are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. He was born on Jan. 26, 1912 in Dodson, Texas. He graduated East View High School and attended Decatur Baptist College. He married Glendene Kirby Jan. 5, 1946 in Wellington, Texas. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army during World War I, serving in the 341st Division of the Infantry in North Africa and Italy. He was a farmer in Greer County until he moved to Pampa in 1952. He was an operator for Celanese Corporation, retiring after 25 years of service. He was a member of Central Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Glendene Kirby Trout of the home two daughters, Eileen Moss of Amarillo, Texas and Karon Ann Bonnell of Pampa two grandsons, Charles Douglas Moss of Amarillo, Texas and William Thomas Moss of Abilene, Texas a granddaughter, Jennifer Rene Bonnell of Stillwater and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and two sisters.
