Larry Leon "Lee" Veit II 

Larry Leon "Lee" Veit II died Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2003, in Stillwater. 

Services with the Rev. Billy Bob Chase presiding, will be today at 2:30 
p.m. at the Morrison Christian Church. Interment will follow at Highland 
Cemetery in Pawnee. 

Poteet Funeral Home is directing the arrangements. 

He was born in Pawnee on Nov. 7, 1973 to Larry Leon and Joy Delraye 
McKinnley Veit. 

He attended Morrison Public Schools and graduated with the class of 1992. 

He was a heavy equipment operator and mechanic and enjoyed fishing and 
hunting. He was affiliated with the First Baptist Church of Morrison and 
served in the Oklahoma National Guard. 

He was predeceased by his mother; his brother, McK Veit; his paternal 
grandfather, Kenneth Veit; and his maternal grandparents, Rena and Wayne 
Cook. 

He is survived by his father of Morrison; paternal grandmother, Mary Lou 
Veit of Morrison; paternal great-grandmother, Ruby Robbins of Morrison; 
and a number of other relatives and many friends. 

Memorials may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, 825 
Northeast 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104.
