Juanita Abbott

Juanita Abbott, 85, of Amarillo died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2003.

Graveside services were at 10 a.m. Friday in Llano Cemetery. 
Arrangements are by Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 S. Bell 
St.

Mrs. Abbott was born July 21, 1918, in Quinton, Okla., to Mack 
Fariell and Donna Bell White Fariell. The family moved from Oklahoma 
to Texas while Juanita was a young child. She married Hubert Eugene 
Abbott on April 7, 1941. She was a graduate of Amarillo High School. 
Juanita was a cashier for Furr Foods Inc. for 25 years prior to her 
retirement. She was a member of The Rock Church at 406 S. Pittsburg 
St.

Survivors include a daughter, Sharon Fewell; a son, Dan G. Abbott; 
seven grandchildren, Christy Osbourne of Texas, John David Abbott of 
Tennessee, Sierra Abbott, April Leigh Fewell and Tamara Flowers, all 
of Colorado, Kellie Tanglose of Virginia, and Barry Fewell of 
Florida; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be in care of Sharon Fewell, 8241 S. 
Carr St., Littleton, CO 80128.
