All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Quinton City Cemetery--Quinton OK Willis Paul Adcock of Quinton, Oklahoma was born May 3, 1929, in Mangum, Oklahoma to Thomas Harvey and Flossie Lee (Watson) Adcock and passed away July 10, 2006, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 77. He is survived by; Wife, Jackie Adcock, One daughter: Donna Ramsey and husband, Kevin: One son: David Adcock and wife, Krista; Three sisters: Jo Jean Monks, Colleen Harp, Jane Page: One brother: Harvey Lee Adcock: Two Grandsons Bryan Stubbs and Devin Ramsey. Willis was preceded in death by his parents. He was a lifetime member of the VFW and the Shawnee Masonic Lodge where he received his 50-year pin. He married Jackie Reed 57 years ago, on June 30, 1949, at the Quinton First Baptist Church where he was saved, Baptized, married and later became a Deacon in December1994; and was also a Deacon in the Freeman Heights Baptist Church in Garland, Texas before moving back to Quinton. Pallbearers: Paul & Silas Stanfield, C.J. & Ralph Adcock, Charles Russell, and Dale Harp. Honorary Pallbearers: Don Anderson, Jasper Adcock, Arnold King. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 15, 2006, at First Baptist Church Quinton, Oklahoma with Reverend Eddie Dye officiating. Burial will follow in Quinton City Cemetery under the direction of the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
