Ms. Donnelley died Saturday, Sept. 3, 2005, in Lawton. Arrangements are through Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home. She was born Sept. 25, 1936, in Los Angeles, Calif., to James Bogard and Frances Bernardine Kitchell Wiggins. She worked as a waitress. Survivors include her mother, Frances Wiggins, Rugby, S.D.; two sons: Phillip McCoy and wife, Yvonne, Lawton; and Richard Donnelley, Lexington; a daughter, Debbie and husband, Paul McLean, Hot Springs, Ark.; a brother, Jim Wiggins, Rugby, N.D.; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
