He was born Nov. 12, 1920, in McAlester, Okla., to Earl and Hazel Anderson Fulgham. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and received a Pacific Campaign Medal. He married Mary Gross, April 20, 1946, in Clovis, N.M. He had been a longtime resident of Clovis and worked for Merrill Cattle Co. for many years. He is survived by two brothers, Benny Fulgham (Wilma) and Tick Fulgham, all of Clovis, N.M.; three nephews, Jerry Fulgham and Johnny Fulgham, both of Clovis, N.M. and Larry Fulgham (Vicki), of Stigler, Okla.; sister-in-law, Jody Fulgham, of Clovis; and many friends and relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary; two brothers, Hookie and J.W.; a nephew Gary; and a niece, Patricia Kay. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, Feb. 16, 2007, at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis with Dr. Frank Sherman officiating. Honorary casket bearers will be his friends.
