All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::NOT LISTED Forrester, Thomas Louis Thomas Louis Forrester March 23, 1949 - Aug. 25, 2006 Resident of Orinda Tom Forrester died on Friday, August 25, 2006 in his Orinda home at the age of 57, following a courageous battle with cancer. A native of McAlester, OK, Tom had lived and worked in California since 1975. Tom graduated from McAlester High School in 1967, and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1971. Further education included certifications in Industrial Hygiene, Risk Management, and Lead and Asbestos Abatement. He was a Certified Safety Professional and a Registered Environmental Assessor. Tom had Masters Degrees in Environmental Engineering and Toxicology, and a Juris Doctorate degree. He was a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. At the time of his death, Tom was Senior Environmental Health Manager for Swinerton Inc. Tom was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying the varied sports and life of the San Francisco Bay. He was a member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Pleasant Hill, CA. He is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Eva; sons, Christopher and Bryan; daughter, Stefanie; daughters-in- law, Linda and Johanna; grandchildren, Rachel and Aidan, all of California; and his sister and her husband, Nancy and Richard Landes of Shawnee, OK. Friends and family are invited to a memorial service to be held at the Moraga Valley Presbyterian Church on Thursday, Sept. 7 at 11 a.m. Donations may be made in Tom's honor to the American Cancer Society.
