Johnson, Nora E. 
Obituary from McAlester News-Capital Newspaper Jan. 7, 1986: 
 "Nora E. Johnson, 88, of Buffalo Valley, died Monday at McAlester
Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be       Thursday at 2 P.M. at
the Assembly of God in Buffalo Valley. Revs. Sherman Hokett and Lloyd
Earp will 
officiate. Burial will be at Abion cemetery. 
Mrs. Johnson was born Nov.10, 1897 at Hoyt, Indian Territory. She was a
housewife and member of the Buffalo 
Valley Baptist Church. 
Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Cooley of Buffalo Valley and
Dixie Young of Taft, Calif.; three sons, James 
Johnson, Jack Johnson and Rudolph Johnson, all of Buffalo Valley; 23
grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren. 
Drake-Jones  Funeral Home, Talihina, is in charge of arrangements."
