She was born September 25, 1912 in Lookeba, Oklahoma to Egbert and Effie (White) Trumbly. Viola was the eldest of nine children. She graduated from Kiowa High School as Val Victorian and also Class Poet. She was a member of Linn Avenue Pentecostal Holiness Church. Viola was preceded in death by her husband, Eldon James Lee and two siblings, Lola Stanton and Gene Trumbly. She is survived by her daughter, Lorene West; daughter, Velma Lemmons and husband Gary; son, Ron Lee and wife Sharon; nine grandchildren, Sandy Babcock, Trish Brown, Kim Smithers, Greg Lee, Jason Lee, Wray Allnut, Karen Brown, Shawn Allnut and Mike West and numerous great and great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by six siblings, Albert Trumbly, Mildred Beaver, Jewel Burks, Pearl Trumbly, Virgie Fish and Virgil Trumbly. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 19, 2005 at the Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Chapel with interment to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
