All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Lawson, Jane 1924 - 2005 Jane Lawson, 81, devoted loving wife, mother and grandmother, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, passing peacefully at her home Tuesday, March 1, 2005, surrounded by family. Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday at Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst. Burial: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: The family will receive friends 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials: Cornerstone Ministries or Cancer Care Services. Jane was born Feb. 26, 1924, in McAlester, Okla. On Dec. 13, 1943, she married Sam Lawson. Jane was a faithful Christian and a member of North Richland Hills Baptist Church. As a member of the Antiquarian Society and FTWH Rug Hooking Guild, she spent many enriching hours with very dear friends. Jane was a very giving person with a tough gentleness. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years. Survivors: Daughters, Linda Franklin and husband, Paul Maginnis, of Hurst and Donna Frederick and husband, Larry, of Corpus Christi; grandchildren, Jason Franklin, Joe Bob and Jake Frederick; brothers, Robert and Jimmy Wilson; and a large extended family.
