P. Miller, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. P. A. Magdalena Saturday, October 23, at 4 a.m., after a brief illness in the 70th year of her age. Mrs. Miller was born in Unionville, Mo., December 14, 1850 and was in her 70th year. She had been a resident of Hartshorne 19, years, having removed to this city from Fort Smith, Ark. Surviving her are her husband, five daughters and one son; Mrs. P. A. Magdalena of Hartshorne; Mrs. Clark Van Buren, Ark.; Mrs. Nanie Zion, Smithville, Texas; Mrs. Mary Obery, Texarkana, Texas; Miss Lida Sanders, San Antonio, Texas; W. S. Sanders, Hartshorne, all of whom excepting Mrs. Obery, were present at the obsequies. The funeral services were held from the residence of P. A. Magdalena, Monday afternoon, October 25, at 2 o’clock, conducted by Rev. Harry Cox, pastor of the Presbyterian Church, interment being held in Hartshorne cemetery.
