MONTOYA Rosary: Sun., Mar. 28, 6 p.m. Services: Mon., Mar. 29, 10 a.m. Recitation of the Rosary will be Sunday, March 28, at 6:00 p.m., at Greenlawn Memorial Chapel, 3700 River Blvd., and Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, March 29, at 10:00 a.m., at St. Francis Catholic Church, 900 "H" Street, for Emma A. Montoya, 87, of Bakersfield, who passed away March 23, 2004, in Bakersfield. Father Ralph Belloumini will officiate and interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Mrs. Montoya was born June 30, 1916 to William and Frances Brown in McAlester, Oklahoma, and had been a resident of Kern County for 70 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, several brothers and sisters and her husband, Raymond Nicholas Montoya. Emma leaves to cherish her memory her sons, James, Ronald and his wife, Dorothy and Roger and his wife, Adele; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; brothers, James and family of Bakersfield and Carl and family of Springfield, Oregon; sister, Margaret Goatcher and family of Tupman; and the many children and families who were touched by her loving care. To Tina Malhi and her staff, thank you for your loving care of our mother. In lieu of flowers, donationa may be made to St. Francis Women's Altar Guild, or to the charity of your choice.
