Palmer, Mary Emma

Mary Emma Palmer Mary Emma Palmer of Antioch returned to our Lord May 
5, 2004 at age 97. Born May 3, 1907 in McAlester, OK to Ray W. & 
Edith E. (Rowe) Steele. Emma is predeceased by her husband of 60 
years, Frank S. Palmer. The Palmer family moved to CA in the 1940's. 
She was a homemaker. A member of the Methodist Church in Antioch and 
the OK chapter of Eastern Star. She enjoyed photography with her old 

Brownie Hawkeye camera camping with her grandchildren, genealogy and 
family history, and family reunions. She is survived by her loving 
daughter and son-in-law, Loretta "Terrie" & Edward Webb of Antioch, 6 
grandchildren, Steven Webb, Sherrie Webb and Karen Garber, all of 
Antioch, Sheila Halloway, Dena and Cindy of Nevada, great-
grandchildren, Shayne & Raychel Webb, Cherie Palmer, Jason Coker of 
Antioch, great-great grandchildren, Zachary Rios & Kloe Mae Davis of 
Antioch, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation Mon., 5/10/2004 10-
11am at Higgins Funeral Home, Antioch. Funeral service immediately to 
follow at 11am. Interment will be at Oak View Memorial Park, Antioch.
