Purcell "Found Dead" J.J. Purcell, a merchant at fame, a small town six miles west of Eufaula, was found dead in his bed last Thursday morning. He used the rear of his store fo ra sleeping apartment and lived alone. When he retired the night before he had been drinking some and it is thought death was due to heart failure caused by too much liquor. The deceased had a wife and two children who lived in Parsons, Kas. They had been seperated for some time. Mr Purcell left a will in which he bequeathed all his property to his wife. He had over $4,000 in cash and a lot of property besides.
