                        Mrs. Mary Smith Dies

Mrs. Mary Smith died shortly after 1:00 o'clock Monday at the home of her
brother, Joe W. Jennings, of tubercolosis. Funeral services were conducted at
Cedar Grove Cemetery about 4:00 o'clock Tuesday afternoon by Rev. I.R. Haun,
pastor of the M.E. Church, South, and her body laid to rest to wait the
resurrection in that great day.

She leaves two children, Miss Grace, 12 and Miss Viola, 7, besides several
brothers to mourn her loss.

The elder of the girls will continue to live at the home of her uncle, Joe
Jennings in Quinton, but the young one will make her home with her uncle, Will
Jennings, agent for the F.S. & W. at Featherston.

The bereaved relatives have the sympathy of many friends in their hour of
sorrow.
