All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Highland Cemetery--Durant OK Pauline Mae Teague Webb Pauline Mae Teague Webb, 83, of Amarillo died Saturday, Nov. 6, 2004. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors Bell Avenue Chapel, 5400 S. Bell St., with the Rev. Clifton Mann officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery in Durant, Okla. Mrs. Webb was born Feb. 10, 1921, in McAlester, Okla., the daughter of Porter and Lillie Moore. She graduated from Southeastern State College in Durant. She was a teacher for Stratford Grade School in Stratford and Avondale Grade School in Amarillo. Pauline retired in 1974. She loved teaching and her students and was always excited to see her students grow and learn. She also worked for Sakowitz Department Store until it closed and then at Kid Stuff Children's Store. She was a wonderful mother, loving grandmother and a lifelong Democrat. Pauline always encouraged family and students to further their education. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Clarence Teague in 1962; her second husband, James Webb in 1980; a sister, Irene McQuay; and two brothers, Orville Moore and Bill Moore. Survivors include a daughter, Angela Kay Lamb and husband, Elvin, of Amarillo; a sister, Lorene Rambo of Bakersfield, Calif.; a granddaughter, Heavenly Lamb; and a grandson, Clarence Lamb. The family suggests memorials be to the Amarillo State Center, 901 Wallace Blvd., Amarillo, TX 79106.
