Willingham, 77, died Monday, Jan. 26, 1998. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in First United Methodist Church with Dr. Bill Sylskar officiating. Burial will be in Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens by Steed-Todd Funeral Home. Mrs. Willingham was born in Quinton, Okla. She had owned several business in Clovis including Anne Lee's Dress Shop, Wanda's Holiday of Fashion and Little Me Too. She also worked at Singer Sewing Center and for civil service at Cannon Air Force Base. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, was the first woman board member of the Clovis Chamber of Commerce, was serving as a member of the Women's Auxiliary at Plains Regional Medical Center at Clovis and a past member of the DOE's. She married Thomas D. Willingham in 1939 at Stigler, Okla. Survivors include her husband; a son, Tom Willingham Jr. of Clovis; a daughter, Sue Cornish of Belen; a brother, Winston Cocke of Wilburton, Okla.; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
