                     Ada White Obituary

        The Hartshorne Sun- Thursday, November 14,1968

Mrs. Ada White, 79, a resident of this area for most of her life, died Sunday
November 10, in a local nursing home.

She was born  August 31,1889 in Bokoshe,Ok, was a housewife and a member of  the
Penecostal Hollines Church. Married to Bill White On Nov 21,1947 . He preceeded
her in death in February 1963.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon in the Chapel of Standerfer-Mills
Funeral Home who was in charge of arrangements. Rev. Charley Sumpter officiated
at 2 p.m. pallbearers were, Ed Schiller, W.M. Soleman, E.N. Williamson, G.I.
Ivey, A.C. Hackney and Bill White.

Surviving relatives include, three daughters: Mrs. Joe Sitter, Mrs. Nina
Ishcomer,both of Hartshorne and Mrs. Leland Simpson, McAlester, three sons,
Floyd Skaggs,Albion,Ok, Arvie Skaggs,Palmdale,Calif. And Ernest Skaggs of
Oklahoma City, two half brothers: George Farrell, Hartshorne, Sherman Farrell,
Stillwater. 28 grand children, 3 step grandchildren, 70 great grandchildren and
3 great-great grandchildren.
